Mentoring Program: personalized support for students and recent graduates
The Mentoring program was created to complement our scholarships, providing deeper support for BSB Foundation beneficiaries.
It allows students and recent graduates supported by the BSB Foundation to be mentored by BSB Alumni or employees from partner companies with over 10 years of professional experience.
Beyond financial support, the BSB Foundation offers personalized human support to foster career guidance, professional integration, and success in the early stages of your career.

Joining the Mentoring program as a student or recent graduate means benefiting from tailored support to:
- Structure your career path or professional project
- Build confidence in yourself, your ideas, and your career path before internships, first jobs, or when starting your professional life

- Benefit from personalized advice and an objective, supportive outside perspective

How is the program structured?
The BSB Foundation Mentoring program offers 9 months of support (from February to October) to help students and recent graduates with their academic and professional journeys.
Joining the Mentoring program as a student or recent graduate means benefiting from tailored support to:
- A minimum of 1 hour of discussion per month (via video conference or in person, if the pair is able to meet)
- Regular follow-up support provided by the Mentoring team (2 BSB Foundation administrators and dedicated points of contact for each pair)
- Learning from the successes (and mistakes) of your Mentor
- A Mentor/Mentee relationship built at your own pace
- Confidential and supportive exchanges based on active listening
What are the requirements to join the Mentoring program?
- Have been a beneficiary of a program funded by the BSB Foundation during your studies at BSB (scholarship program, laptop, educational equipment: LeaderSkills Institute, One Health Center, etc.)
- Be a French speaker, of French or foreign nationality, from any campus (Dijon, Lyon, Paris)
- Be a final-year student at BSB (Bachelor 3, Master 2) or a recent graduate (up to 5 years after graduation)

Students and recent graduates are contacted directly by the BSB Foundation or can send a request to: fondation@bsb-education.com
When can you apply during the year?
Each session begins in February.
Calls for applications are open once a year, between September and January.
An information session is also organized during this period.

BECOME A MENTOR
Each year, the BSB Foundation recruits Mentors from the BSB Alumni community (with over 10 years of professional experience) as well as employees from corporate sponsors.
At the start of the session, a training workshop is organized to present the program, its objectives, and the support tools available. A dedicated team, along with a contact person assigned to each pair at the launch of the Mentoring program, is also available throughout the year to train Mentors and support them in their relationship with their Mentee.
