Wine auction: €17,724 raised for School of Wine & Spirits Business students

The BSB Foundation has once again reaffirmed its strong commitment to equal opportunity with the successful 3rd edition of its charity wine auction.
Held from November 28 to December 11, this initiative raised €17,724 to benefit students at the School of Wine & Spirits Business.
A wine auction dedicated to equal opportunity
This auction is part of a charitable initiative led by the BSB Foundation, aimed at supporting talented students throughout their academic journey.
The funds raised during this 3rd edition will directly contribute to financing a “Rooted in France” scholarship, awarded to a student at the School of Wine & Spirits Business as one of the two scholarships granted in September 2025.
This scholarship covers full tuition fees, serving as a real catalyst for educational access for promising candidates.
A partnership committed to diversity in the wine world
The “Rooted in France” scholarship is made possible through a strong partnership, initiated in 2021, between the BSB Foundation, The Roots Fund and Domaine Dujac.
- The Roots Fund, a renowned American non-profit, works to foster greater inclusion in the wine industry by supporting students from diverse backgrounds
- The Domaine Dujac, a benchmark of the French wine scene, is working alongside the Foundation to promote a new generation of talent
This partnership embodies a shared commitment: to open the doors of the wine and spirits sector to individuals who are still underrepresented.
€78,674 raised since 2023 through charity auctions
Since the launch of these charity wine auctions in 2023, the BSB Foundation has successfully raised a total of €78,674.
This result reflects the growing commitment of the wine and spirits industry to education and inclusion.
Thanks to our partners and sponsors
The success of this 3rd edition relies on the mobilization of many dedicated stakeholders. The BSB Foundation would like to thank:
- iDealWine, the platform that enabled us to host this online auction
- Dr Wine Selection, our loyal sponsor, and all of its partner estates
- Enzo Molinaro (La Goutte d’Or, BSB class of 2026), for his skills-based sponsorship for the BSB Foundation, where he worked on sourcing the bottles
- All the participants and bidders who contributed to this charitable initiative
A collective effort to train the talents of tomorrow
Through this auction, the BSB Foundation reaffirms its mission: to support students and promote diversity in sectors of excellence such as wine and spirits.
Every contribution helps build a more inclusive future and supports the talents of tomorrow in achieving their professional goals.
