BSB Incubator Grant: supporting the life of the student entrepreneur
By creating the “BSB Entrepreneurial Garden Incubator” patron club in 2021, the BSB Foundation has strengthened its support for students committed to an entrepreneurial path. Are you a student or recent graduate entrepreneur at BSB?
Are you a student or recent graduate entrepreneur at BSB? This program provides funding for Incubator grants for students enrolled in the BSB Incubator, helping to cover their entrepreneurial living expenses and providing them with the best conditions to focus fully on developing their project.
Amount of the student grant awarded
Selected students may receive an Incubator grant of up to €3,000 depending on the progress of their entrepreneurial project, to support their development at BSB.
The grant is paid monthly by the BSB Foundation over a period of 5 months.
This payment is contingent upon the student fulfilling their commitments, including:
- attendance at Incubator courses and programs
- involvement in the monitoring and progress of the entrepreneurial project
- active participation in workshops, seminars, and support events
What are the eligibility requirements for the Incubator grant?
To be eligible for the Incubator grant from the BSB Foundation, which funds your life as an entrepreneur, you must meet several criteria:
- Be a French or international student or recent graduate at the BSB Dijon, Lyon, or Paris campuses
- Be pre-incubated or incubated within the BSB Incubator
- Hold the national student-entrepreneur status
- Be a meritorious student (have good academic results, be diligent in class, be involved in BSB student life, etc.)
- Have never been sanctioned at BSB by a disciplinary board
What is the application procedure?
You can submit your application for an Incubator grant during the open call periods via: "E-campus > BSB Foundation support request"
Pre-selected projects are then presented to a jury composed of:
- the Incubator Manager
- the Director of Corporate Relations and Partnerships at Burgundy School of Business (BSB)
- members of the BSB Foundation board in charge of "Entrepreneurship" projects
- the General Delegate of the BSB Foundation
- representatives of companies sponsoring "Entrepreneurship" projects: BFC Angels, Le Village by CA/Crédit Agricole Champagne Bourgogne
When can you apply during the year?
Calls for applications for the Incubator grants are organized twice a year: in May and December.
Your application will be presented to an internal committee and to the BSB Foundation's executive committee in the presence of its board members.
Who are the recipients of the Incubator grant?
We design and deploy intelligent systems that allow freelancers, micro-businesses, and SMEs to industrialize their acquisition: automated generation of qualified leads, personalized email campaigns with high deliverability, AI agents capable of managing conversations and qualifying prospects, CRM synchronization, and real-time monitoring of sales metrics.
Our mission is simple: to transform manual, time-consuming sales processes into structured, measurable, and scalable systems.
At the same time, we also work on automating other repetitive tasks within organizations—such as invoicing, follow-ups, data synchronization between software, and automated reporting—to reduce operational burdens and allow leaders to focus on growth.
To date, we have supported around fifteen companies in France and internationally. The results are concrete: structured acquisition, improved sales performance, and significant time savings for teams.
We are currently in an active phase of growth and structuring. New strategic partnerships have been established, strengthening our credibility and accelerating our development.
The support of the BSB Foundation was decisive at the start of the project. It allowed us to free up a budget to invest in our first technological tools, structure our sales approach, and launch our development under solid conditions. This support acted as a real accelerator.
Furthermore, the support at Village by CA, made possible thanks to BSB, allows us to evolve in a stimulating ecosystem, rich in strategic encounters and growth opportunities. This contributes every day to growing Pentaskill with more ambition and maturity. We are now continuing our development with a clear vision: to build a results-oriented AI automation agency dedicated to the sustainable growth of businesses.
Currently in my second year of a Master’s degree at BSB, I am developing a brand of savory protein snacks alongside my studies and my work-study program. As an assistant product manager at La Vie Claire, I work in the agri-food sector, which inspired me to launch a project in this field. After conducting market research and developing the concept, I am now working on creating the website and testing several recipes. There are two goals for this: to validate the existence of a market and to verify the project's feasibility. I meet with a member of the incubator every two weeks, who dedicates two hours to each session to help me structure and advance my project in the best possible way. This is why the support of the BSB Foundation is essential. This aid will allow me to partially cover my living expenses so that I can dedicate myself entirely to developing this brand.
